Boxercise is an exercise class with a difference, based on training concepts that boxers use to keep fit. Bulining muscle mass & burning lots of calories all in one 45min workout. Boxercise can improve motor skills, balance, reaction time & confidence. Boxercise Licenced female coach since 2019, i will provide pad, Glove inserts due to covid 19 will need to be used these will be able to be bought before class which you bring to each session.You can purchase these on amazon buy on the day is at your cost.
